Darkryders.com, a collection of sounds, words, observations and images, exists for the same reasons as poetry and mysticism.
The underlying principles are shared-- revolving around ways by which it becomes possible to direct one's attention towards ineffable or recondite things. Information technology, I'd argue, obscures more often than clarifies reality, hiding much in plain sight, as it were.
As far as Dark Ryders music goes, being what was called in living memory "underground rock", it knows and accepts no limits and won't be categorized, so deal with it as such if you can. The Ghost Radio Orchestra, on the other hand, reflects a personal attempt to further explore the boundaries of musical art in a style that arguably provides a different approach to listening and hearing, one which, as stated elsewhere, enhances, rather than dominates, consciousness and perception.
It's work is driven by art and literature, the politics of individual freedom, and the ways and means by which personal consciousness is impacted, influenced and directed by media interests and forces of history.
